VVMi (2015)
Vail introduces a remote visual monitoring system for corrugated materials on the customer’s floor. Our team can monitor it 24/7 to ensure that production lines remain operational while keeping on-hand inventory to a minimum.
LeanReel Line Expansion (2019)
A second improved machine is added to meet the growing global demand along with the development of a fourth reel patent.
FastPak (2023)
Closure tape systems installed, making Vail one of the few corrugated plants to offer precise placement of double-sided and tear tape on packaging in the Ohio market.
